Based in York, I am the owner and operator of a professional cleaning business built on experience, care, and exceptionally high standards. I have been working in the cleaning industry for over nine years, originally alongside other employment, and since July 2025 I have been running this business independently and full-time. I primarily operate across York and the surrounding areas, offering flexible services tailored to each client’s needs. I am also happy to travel further afield when job requirements demand it, ensuring every project receives the time, attention, and expertise it deserves. My professional background is rooted in care and support work, which continues to strongly influence the way I run my business. For over 12 years, I worked within forensic mental health services as a mental health support worker, before going on to support a young boy with disabilities. Throughout my career, I have always been driven by a genuine passion for helping people, maintaining dignity, and delivering reliable, compassionate support – values that remain central to my cleaning services today. This business was founded on a hands-on approach and a commitment to outstanding results. I provide everything from regular domestic and property cleaning to specialist services such as biohazard and extreme cleans, where discretion, sensitivity, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. I understand that many of these situations can be challenging or personal for clients, and I approach every job with professionalism, respect, and care. I have a keen eye for detail, take great pride in my work, and believe that customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything I do.
